Louise has been a management consultant all her life and is currently a shareholder and managing director of Dynaworx. Dynaworx is a consultancy specialising in the implementation of Dynamic GP, Solver Bi360 as well as placing analysts and project managers on various projects. Louise has worked as process analyst as well as program manager on projects locally as well as internationally from banking to pharmaceutical and even ground handling. She was involved first as an analysis and later as program manager from Switzerland to the States on behalf of Swiss Port to assist with their international process re-engineering project. Other than this she has been involved in various solution implementations within the South African Banking and private sector environments. Based on her experience there are three key success factors in project delivery. Understanding the customer, knowing your product and lastly adhering to project management principles throughout the project. The critical factor however is understanding your customer. You cannot add value and build long term relationships without a clear understanding of where the customer is, where they want to go to and why. Within Dynaworx, all projects starts with a proper analysis of the customer current environment, baseline setting and continuous measurements project success against the baseline.
Louise has a honours degree from the University of Pretoria and completed various courses, including the international PMI project management certification to supplement her degree and experience.
